How do we get in touch with you?

Please fill in the form on the “contact us” page with your wedding date, proposed ready time (or estimate), and the services you’ll need. We will get back to you within 3 working days. Please feel free to send over any questions as well.

How do we book your services?

Once we have given you an invoice with your booking services, a 50% deposit is required to secure your service and the deposit is non-refundable once the contract is signed.

Is there an early morning fee for wedding day?

Yes, the early morning fee is $65/ hr before 7.30am.

How do you assign a makeup artist to me?

Artists are matched based on availability on wedding dates. If you have a preference, do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Don’t worry, all artists are experts and will deliver results up to the Bare Beauty standard.

When should I book my trial?

We recommend booking your trial around 7-8 weeks prior to your wedding. That would be the perfect time as your skin and hair conditions would likely be similar to that of your wedding day. Your dress selection will also play a part in coming up with the desired stylePlease take note that trials will be held on weekdays to avoid high volumes on weekends.

How do you assign a makeup artist to me?

Can I use my trial as my engagement/PWS session?

Yes, you can! At the same time, we don’t recommend it for the following reasons: A trial is for us to test out colours and the makeup may not be as “clean” as it could be. In other words, it may not look as good as you’d like for an engagement shoot. You may want a fresh new look for your wedding day rather than having the same style.

Can I decide on another style after my initial trial?

Of course! If you aren’t 100% happy with the proposed style, please feel free to let us know. We want this to be a collaborative process and for you to be completely comfortable with how you look on your special day. If you prefer another artist, we will also do our very best to accommodate.

Do you use eyelid tape?

Our artists are able to use double eyelid tapes to create symmetry for uneven eyes. Our skillful techniques and latest eyelid tape allow makeup to be applied directly on top to easily hide the tape.

How do you maintain hygiene standards?

We ensure all of our tools have been thoroughly cleaned before use. We also use disposable mascara wands and palettes instead of applying products directly out of their containers. Additionally, you will have a new set of brushes for your use.

Do you do hair and makeup services for other events too?
